At first I never received my book i emailed the company and they offered me the choice of a full refund or delivery of a new order being sent i chose to have the new order sent out they upgraded my delivery so it could be tracked and kept in touch with me keeping me informed at all stages.
The guy I have been dealing with is called Jon and he is an absolute credit to your company.
I have looked at the book as ive missed giving it as a birthday present but will now be Xmas present and I'm so glad I decided to stick with the order as the book is absolutely fantastic.
